The heat exchanger comprises a sprinkling surface and at least one group with at least one part surface. All part surfaces of all groups together fully represent the sprinkling surface.In the method, all part surfaces of the group are sprinkled with the fluid within a sprinkling period and not sprinkled within a drying period.The invention also relates to a sprinkling system for carrying out the method.
