Zusammenfassung:	In the case of a hydraulic vehicle brake, having a brake caliper (12), having a brake piston (16), having a receiving bore (14) for the brake piston (16), and having a brake piston seal (32) that acts between the brake caliper (12) and the brake piston (16), the brake piston seal (32) is designed as a composite part, with a composite of a base component (34) and a reinforcement insert (36). The reinforcement insert (36) provides the brake piston seal (32) with a degree of elasticity in an axial direction, whereby, after the brake piston (16) has been displaced in the direction of brake pads (22), the brake piston seal (32) displaces the brake piston (16) in the opposite direction.
