Zusammenfassung:Provided is a method for recovering and reusing an active material from a positive electrode scrap. The method for reusing a positive electrode active material, including the steps of: heat treating a positive electrode scrap including a lithium transition metal composite oxide positive electrode active material layer including nickel, cobalt and manganese or aluminum on a current collector to perform thermal decomposition of the binder and conductive material in the active material layer, thereby separating the current collector from the active material layer and recovering the active material in the active material layer; performing a first washing of the recovered active material with an aqueous lithium compound solution showing alkalinity in an aqueous solution state; adding a lithium precursor to the washed active material and carrying out annealing; performing a second washing of the annealed active material; and surface coating the washed active material after the second washing step to obtain a reusable active material.
