The subsystems with a remote Test Access Port in the SoC can include Peripheral Component Interconnect Express (PCIe), Voltage Droop Monitors (VDMs), In-Die Variation (IDV) Monitor fub-lets, Temperature Sensors, Performance Monitors and telemetry subsystems. |
