The mounting boss has a first shaft hole and a mounting notch that is in communication with the first shaft hole. The door opening and closing device includes a valve, a motor cover, and a motor. The valve is located at the vent. The valve includes a first pivoting portion. A motor shaft of the motor cooperates with the first pivoting portion. The first pivoting portion is mounted in the first shaft hole through the mounting notch. The motor cover is fixed at the mounting boss.
