The storage battery is configured to absorb CO2 during charging and release CO2 during discharging. The control device is configured to control a charge/discharge operation of the storage battery. The control device is configured to calculate a power trading price. The control device is configured to calculate a power trading price. The control device is configured to control the charge/discharge operation of the storage battery to perform charging and discharging when the power trading price during charging is lower than the power trading price during discharging.
