In some aspects, a wireless device may perform packet detection or energy detection on a primary channel using a first packet detector. The wireless device may perform packet detection or energy detection on a first non-primary channel using a second packet detector. The wireless device may transmit a packet on the first non-primary channel based on packet detection for the primary channel or packet detection for the first non-primary channel.
