Zusammenfassung:	A charging management system includes a determining part configured to compare a state of charge (SOC) of a vehicle battery with a preset reference value, a distribution controller configured to control a distribution of generated electric power to allow the electric power generated by a solar power device to be supplied to the vehicle battery or a wireless charging road on the basis of the comparison result of the determining part, and a power reception controller configured to control power reception from the wireless charging road based on the comparison result of the determining part.
