A cooling tank for computing equipment may include: a tank body for accommodating coolant and computing equipment immersed in the coolant; a liquid inlet pipe extending along a length direction of the tank body, with a rectangular cross-section and multiple holes arranged on opposite side walls along the length direction of the tank body; and a liquid outlet pipe, which extends along the length direction of the tank body, and is arranged at a higher position than the liquid inlet pipe.
