The processor is configured to generate combined point cloud data by executing combination processing using a plurality of pieces of the segmented point cloud data acquired in a period during which the posture detection data satisfies an allowable condition, among a plurality of pieces of the segmented point cloud data acquired at different acquisition times by the external sensor.
