Zusammenfassung:	A method for increasing iron ion content in Bacillus coagulans includes following steps: simultaneously fermenting and culturing Bacillus coagulans and Clostridium butyricum in a culture medium rich in iron ions, where a concentration of the iron ions in the culture medium is 250-350.0 mg/L. Bacillus coagulans has been domesticated in the culture medium containing high concentration of iron ions, and one of them is Bacillus coagulans strain with preservation number of CGMCC No. 24223. The application also provides a compound microbial agent, which contains domesticated Bacillus coagulans and Clostridium butyricum.
