The thermoplastic elastomer resin composition includes styrene-based synthetic rubber having a melt index in a range of 30 g/10 min to 100 g/10 min which is measured at a temperature of 190° C. and a load of 2.16 kg, a propylene-ethylene copolymer having a melt index in a range of 60 g/10 min to 150 g/10 min which is measured at a temperature of 230° C. and a load of 2.16 kg, cross-linked rubber, oil, an inorganic filler, and a lubricant in appropriate amounts.
