Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a use of squirrel fibroma virus and a reovirus for preventing or treating cancer. A pharmaceutical composition comprising the squirrel fibroma virus and the reovirus, or a biological sample treated with the two viruses according to the present invention does not affect human normal cells but exhibits oncolytic activity by specifically infecting cancer cells, resulting in the inhibition of cancer cell growth.
