Zusammenfassung:Pharmaceutical compositions of tramadol and pregabalin, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, for the treatment of neuropathic pain. Besides offering an analgesic effect and a decrease of adverse events due to the reduced dose of one or both compounds, it has an improved stability, thus maintaining the dissolution and bioavailability of the composition to be administered. The composition manages to overcome the technological difficulty of having two humidity- and light-sensitive drugs in a dispensing medium that does not affect their absorption by means of a water-free process and a light protection coating without affecting the release of both drugs.
