Zusammenfassung:	Provided are a battery, an electric apparatus, and a method and an apparatus for manufacturing battery, so as to enhance safety performance of the battery. The battery includes: a battery cell, where a first wall of the battery cell is provided with a pressure relief mechanism; a firefighting pipe configured to accommodate a firefighting medium and discharge the firefighting medium when the pressure relief mechanism is actuated; and a fixing member disposed between the first wall and the firefighting pipe. The firefighting pipe includes a first restraint member, and the fixing member includes a second restraint member, where the two restraint members fit with each other to restrict the firefighting pipe in a first direction and a second direction, the first direction is perpendicular to the first wall, and the second direction is parallel to the first wall and perpendicular to an extending direction of the firefighting pipe.
