The shelf assembly also includes a shelf configured to engage the receptacle at the second and third lateral sides and slide along the second and third lateral sides between a closed position to thereby cover and hide the compartment and an open position to thereby expose the compartment. The shelf assembly additionally includes a sequential multi-stage lock configured to control access to the compartment.
