Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a coated cinnamic aldehyde that includes an acidic coating, and optionally a polymer coating, and remains stable when combined with animal feed or other raw ingredients for up to ninety days after combination with animal feed or raw feed ingredients. Another aspect of the present invention relates to a method of improving the growth of an animal by adding the coated cinnamic aldehyde composition to the animal feed.
