Zusammenfassung:Systems and processes for operating an intelligent automated assistant are provided. An example process includes, at an electronic device having one or more processors and memory: receiving a user input including a request for a task; in accordance with a determination that a context being displayed by the electronic device does not include an application for performing the task: determining a target application for performing the task; providing a payload determined from the request to the target application; performing the task with the target application using the payload; and providing a result of the task.
