Zusammenfassung:	Methods, systems, and devices for operating a wearable device are described. A wearable device may include a first portion that has one or more electrical contacts and at least one sensor configured to measure one or more physiological parameters of a user. The first portion may also include one or more detachment features configured to detachably couple a removable battery with the first portion. The removal battery may be coupled with one or more electrical contacts for the removable battery. The removable battery may also be coupled with one or more counterpart detachment features that are configured to interface with the one or more detachment features of the first portion such that the one or more electrical contacts for the removable battery connect with the one or more electrical contacts of the first portion when the removable battery is detachably coupled with the first portion.
