Zusammenfassung:	Monitoring and management methods and systems for roaming charging station operator for use in a server are provided. First, state data of at least one electric vehicle charging station corresponding to a charging station operator is received via a network. A service quality index of the charging station operator or the electric vehicle charging station is calculated according to the state data corresponding to the at least one electric vehicle charging station. Then, a user interface is provided to display the service quality index.
