Zusammenfassung:	This invention relates to a hydroxamate metalloprotease inhibitor compound for use in a method of diagnosing or treating cancer, inflammatory diseases or Alzheimer's disease. The compound comprises a zinc-chelating N-hydroxamate moiety radiolabeled with a radionuclide. Radiolabeled compounds of the invention may be used in targeted radionuclide therapy wherein a patient is treated with a compound of the invention comprising a diagnostic radionuclide to identify the presence of a cancer or disease, followed by treatment with a compound of the invention comprising a therapeutic radionuclide to treat said cancer or disease.
