Zusammenfassung:The disclosure relates to a preparation method and use of a pyrazole compound containing 1-(3,4-dimethoxyphenyl)-β-carboline unit. The pyrazole compound is prepared by reacting pyrazole aldehyde and 1-(3,4-dimethoxyphenyl)-β-carboline acylhydrazine. The pyrazole compound containing 1-(3,4-dimethoxyphenyl)-β-carboline unit has good inhibitory activity against tumor cell HGC-27. The pyrazole compound could be used in the preparation of anti-tumor drugs.
