Zusammenfassung:	In a charging control device, a charging circuit charges a battery until an output voltage value of the battery reaches a full charge voltage value, and a processor calculates an integrated amount of expansion damage that is damage received by the battery due to expansion of the battery, the processor decreases the full charge voltage value when an expansion damage rate that is an increase rate of the integrated amount of the expansion damage in a predetermined period is equal to or greater than a threshold value, while the processor increases the full charge voltage value when the expansion damage rate is less than the threshold value.
