The integrated platform is configured to provide a personal assistant who manages tasks and tracks patient records and/or is configured to limit or remove redundant software systems. The system includes or utilizes a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system/software which is configured as the central hub of all information in and out of all interfaces or customer touch points. |
