The cabinet may define an airflow path extending through the cabinet. The insulated cooking chamber may be disposed within the cabinet. The airflow path may be defined between the outer panels and the insulated cooking chamber. The plurality of internal ridges may be disposed within the cabinet. The plurality of internal ridges may extend along the airflow path and define a guided segment thereof. The plurality of internal ridges may be spaced apart along the airflow path and thereby define a cross-path gap between adjacent ridges of the plurality of internal ridges.
