The at least one processor is configured to execute the instructions to estimate operation time schedules of a plurality of transportation systems based on track records of operation of the plurality of the transportation systems and generates estimated data, accept request information including locations of departure and destination, generate guidance information for providing information about a route from the location of departure to the location of destination, the route extending over the plurality of the transportation systems, present the guidance information to a user.
