An anchor for a liner including a tubular body having an inside surface transitioning from a first diameter to a second diameter and an outside surface, an expandable threadform on one of the first and second diameter surfaces, and a wicker on the outside surface. A threadform for expansion duty including a thread configured to maintain, during expansion, engagement at a flank thereof of at least about 50 percent of a height of the thread measured from root to crown and a crown width of about 20 to about 50 percent of thread height.
