Zusammenfassung:	An ostomy base plate includes an adhesive layer, a top layer, and a sensor assembly. The adhesive layer is adapted to adhere the ostomy base plate to skin of a user. The top layer is on a distal side of the ostomy base plate and has a top layer opening. The sensor assembly is disposed between the adhesive layer and the top layer and includes electrodes with electrical connection parts. The electrical connection parts of the electrodes extend through the top layer opening for electrical connection with a removable data monitor. The sensor assembly is adapted to monitor a state of condition of the adhesive layer.
