The acquirer acquires an image of a print pattern printed by a printer. The evaluator evaluates a print quality of the printer based on the image of the print pattern acquired by the acquirer. The generator generates a command for adjusting the print quality of the printer based on an evaluation result of the evaluator. The adjustment instruction transmitter transmits the command generated by the generator to the printer.
