The wiring part includes a first divisional wiring part having a plurality of first divisional wires having a connecting protrusion with a width larger than that of the wiring at one end thereof and a second divisional wiring part having a plurality of second divisional wires having one end thereof with a width smaller than that of the connecting protrusion and coupled to and overlapped with the connecting protrusion. The first divisional wiring part and the second divisional wiring part are formed by divisional exposure. |
