Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a composition for preventing or treating liver disease, comprising icaritin and quercetin. It is ascertained that when icaritin and quercetin are used in combination rather than individually, the composition of the present invention has a superior effect of hepatic cell protection, and the optimal mixing ratio is derived, and it is also ascertained that the composition exhibits hepatoprotective action and does not induce toxicity in normal cells, and thus the present invention can be used as an active ingredient of a therapeutic agent for liver disease or a health functional food for preventing liver disease.
