The first layer has a refractive index in a range of about 1.2 to about 1.4, the second layer includes chromium oxide (Cr2O3), the third layer has a refractive index in a range of about 1.4 to about 1.6, and the anti-fingerprint layer includes perfluoropolyether (PFPE).
