Experimental results show that the bispecific antibody can maintain relatively well the activity of anti-EGFR and anti-PD-L1 monoclonal antibodies; in addition, same can specifically bind to the two PD-L1 and EGFR targets at the same time, and more importantly, said bispecific antibody has obvious synergy at the cellular level.
