Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to the process for the production of an agricultural composition comprising the photostabilization of indoleacetic add (IAA) of biological and/or synthetic origin in a mixture comprising said IAA and sources of nitrogen and reducing sugars. Photostabilization of IAA phytohormone for application in crops of agricultural interest according to the present invention is achieved by applying high temperatures to said mixture in order to cause conversion of said sources of nitrogen and reducing sugars into melanoidin type pigments via a Maillard reaction to reduce IAA photodegradation.
