Zusammenfassung:The disclosure relates to a 5G or 6G communication system for supporting a higher data transmission rate. The present disclosure relates to a 5th generation (5G) or pre-5G communication system for supporting a higher data transmission rate after a 4th generation (4G) communication system such as long-term evolution (LTE). A method of operating a base station according to various embodiments of the present disclosure may include: receiving channel information from at least one terminal, obtaining channel interference information based on the channel information, obtaining a precoder based on the channel interference information, and transmitting a transmit signal to the at least one terminal based on the precoder, the channel interference information may include timing alignment error (TAE) interference and multi-user interference, and the TAE interference may be determined based on a number of first radio access technology (RAT) symbols and a number of second RAT symbols allocated to the transmit signal.
