Zusammenfassung:	A support element having a body defining an outer surface and a rest element mounted in an adjustable manner on the body via an adjustment device that includes a guide element extending over the outer surface of the body. The guide element has a band fastened to the outer surface of the body, the adjustment device including a sliding element integral with the rest element, and being mounted in sliding contact on the band and having a free end extending between the band and the outer surface so as to allow adjustment of the position of the rest element relative to the body by sliding the sliding element on the guide element.
