PYRIMIDIN-4(3H)-ONE HETEROCYCLIC COMPOUND, PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF, AND PHARMACEUTICAL USE THEREOF

The present invention relates to pyrimidin-4(3H)-one heterocyclic compounds for inhibiting or regulating SHP2, preparation methods thereof, and pharmaceutical use thereof. Specifically, the present invention relates to compounds represented by general formula (I) and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, pharmaceutical compositions containing the compounds or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, a method of applying the compounds or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof for treating and/or preventing SHP2-mediated diseases, particularly cancers, and preparation methods for the compounds or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof. The present invention further relates to use of the compounds or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, or the pharmaceutical compositions containing the compounds or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof in the preparation of medicaments for treating and/or preventing SHP2-mediated diseases.
