The beam control system is to determine whether a rise of interference is greater than a threshold during an atmospheric condition, determine a power increase status of the directional signal if the rise of interference is greater than the threshold, generate a secondary signal power level based on an increase of a first signal power level in response to the power increase status of the directional signal associated with an active state, and determine whether the secondary signal power level of the directional signal is greater than a target signal power level.
