The UE receives, on a primary cell (PCell), an indication indicating an addition of a primary secondary cell group (SCG) cell (PSCell). The UE initiates executing a random access procedure on the PSCell. While executing the random access procedure, the UE receives one or more reference signals on the PSCell; the UE measures the one or more reference signals to select an antenna panel and a beam to receive data on the PSCell; the UE receives, at the antenna panel, the data on the beam after the random access procedure is completed.
