Zusammenfassung:	A delivery management device that manages a package to be delivered to a delivery address includes a geofence setting unit that sets a geofence for each delivery address to which the package is delivered; a position information acquisition unit that acquires position information on a vehicle that delivers the package; a position information determination unit that determines whether a current position of the vehicle that delivers the package to the delivery address is positioned within the geofence corresponding to the delivery address; and a notification controller that transmits notification information to a terminal device in the delivery address of the package when it is determined that the current position of the vehicle is positioned within the geofence.
