Zusammenfassung:A notification method notifies a user of a vehicle dispatch service about a characteristic of a dispatch vehicle in a vehicle dispatch service. The notification method includes: a first acquisition step of acquiring user information related to a user; a second acquisition step of acquiring characteristic information indicating a characteristic of the dispatch vehicle; and a notification step of notifying a user of characteristic information. In a first case in which the user information does not include information that the user has color blindness, the user is notified of information related to a color of the dispatch vehicle in the notification step. In a second case in which the user information includes the information that the user has color blindness, the user is not notified of the information related to the color of the dispatch vehicle in the notification step.
