Zusammenfassung:	In manufacturing an electrode assembly, heat treated first separator and electrodes are passed through a pair of surface-patterned rollers under pressurization to prepare a preliminary electrode assembly including the first separator laminated with the electrodes. A second separator on which the preliminary electrode assemblies are disposed is passed through a pair of surface-patterned rollers under pressurization. The second separator is wound to be interposed between the preliminary electrode assemblies. An electrochemical device includes the electrode assembly.
