Zusammenfassung:	In a physical distribution system, a delivery controller is configured to acquire package information; generate a delivery schedule; calculate tentative delivery time of a package estimated based on the delivery schedule; send a delivery confirmation request notification requesting confirmation of the tentative delivery time to a consignee linked to the package; receive a response to the delivery confirmation request notification; control the autonomous mobile robot based on the delivery schedule generated most recently; and when confirmed time confirmed by the consignee in the response to the delivery confirmation request notification is different from the tentative delivery time, update the delivery schedule in such a manner that delivery of the package is completed at the confirmed time.
