Zusammenfassung:	The present invention addresses the problem of providing: a metal plate coating material with which it is possible to form a coating film that has extremely high storage stability, that does not exhibit yellowing, and that is not prone to staining with rain streaks; and a method for producing a coated metal plate using the metal plate coating material. The metal plate coating material for solving the problem contains: at least one of a mixture of a fluorine-containing resin and a (meth)acrylic resin and a copolymer of a fluorine-containing monomer and a (meth)acrylic group-containing monomer; a silicone resin; and a zinc carboxylate salt catalyst.
