A hole penetrating each of the circuit layer and the light-emitting element layer is defined in the signal transmission region, a portion of the pixel defining film is disposed in the peripheral region, and a first opening defined in the peripheral region is defined in the portion, disposed in the peripheral region, of the pixel defining film.
