Zusammenfassung:	An operating time key performance indicator is generated so as to display an operating time of a motor vehicle for a user of a management system by the management system. At least one operating parameter of the motor vehicle is transmitted to an electronic computing device of the management system. The electronic computing device id remote from the motor vehicle. The operating time key performance indicator is determined by the electronic computing device in accordance with the at least one transmitted operating parameter. Additionally, at least one load parameter of the motor vehicle is recorded and transmitted to the electronic computing device and the operating time key performance indicator is additionally generated by the electronic computing device in accordance with the at least one load parameter.
