Zusammenfassung:A method, a device and a system for controlling access to a service by a user. The method is implemented by an access device. The method includes the following steps on the device to verify the human status of a user: obtaining at least one three-dimensional virtual object and associated data, referred to as resolution data; controlling playback of the at least one virtual object for the user; obtaining user interaction data with the at least one virtual object; and if the interaction data correspond to the resolution data, confirming the human status of the user.
