Zusammenfassung:Fluid flow manifold assemblies for use in fluid flow sets are provided. The fluid flow manifold assembly includes a body having a main fluid channel, an inlet connector, an outlet connector and a drug port. A flow control assembly is disposed opposite the main fluid channel from the drug port. The flow control assembly includes a plunger, a seal member and a knob, wherein the plunger is disposed within the main fluid flow channel in a full open flow position and is configured to extend through the main fluid channel and be sealingly received by the drug port in a closed position, wherein the plunger position is based on rotation of the knob. Fluid flow sets with fluid flow manifold assemblies are also provided.
