Zusammenfassung: | A non-transitory computer readable medium (107, 127) stores a fault-finding tree (130) comprising data related to a maintenance issue of one or more medical imaging devices (120), and instructions readable and executable by at least one electronic processor (101, 113) to: fill in information for nodes (132) of the fault-finding tree which can be completed to identify tasks to be performed for a current service case involving a current medical imaging device; divide the tasks to be performed into a plurality of groups; assign each group to a corresponding service engineer (SE) to perform the tasks in the group; and display, on a display device (105) of a remote electronic processing device (102) operable by the SE, a user interface (UI) (138) showing assignments of the groups to the corresponding SEs. |
