Zusammenfassung:Provided is an aqueous solution as a continuous phase, the aqueous solution comprising: a first plurality of polymers; and a first plurality of active ingredients; and one or more nanoparticles, as a dispersed phase, the one or more nanoparticles comprising: a first plurality of carrier solvents; and a second plurality of active ingredients, wherein: the second plurality of active ingredients have at least 5 times higher absorption in-vivo when located inside the one or more nanoparticles compared to when administered in an aqueous solution.
